江苏省高职院校专业设置与区域产业对接研究

Study on the Specialty Setup and Regional Industry Docking in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

合理设置专业直接关系高职院校人才培养的质量和社会声誉。江苏规划构建产业新体系,三产结构的变化牵动着人才需求在数量、规格、层次等方面的变化。通过对江苏经济发展现状和应用型人才需求的调查分析,发现江苏高职院校在专业设置与产业结构变化中存在滞后与超前并存的现象,深入研究问题成因,从对接产业入手,探索专业动态调整的对策,为高职院校"做精优势专业、做强特色专业、培育新兴专业"提供借鉴。

The rational setup of specialty is directly related to the quality and social reputation of talents training in higher vocational colleges. Jiangsu province plans to construct a new industrial system and the change of the structure of three industries affects the change of the quantity, specification and level of talent demand. Based on the investigation and analysis of Jiangsu undefined economic development and the demand for applied talents, this paper draws a conclusion that the phenomenon of lagging and leading existing in the changes of professional setup and industrial structure in Jiangsu province, deeply studies the causes of the problems, and starts with the docking industry. This paper probes into the countermeasures of the dynamic adjustment of specialty, and provides some references for higher vocational colleges to ＂build superior specialty, strengthen the specialty with characteristics and cultivate the new specialty＂.
