高校学生社团在大学生政治社会化、道德社会化、个性社会化、角色社会化和职业社会化等方面起重要作用。目前,高校社团受多方面因素的限制未能发挥其作用。从树立正确的价值导向,探索社团管理新方式,提高社团活动质量三方面进行研究,探索如何发挥高校学生社团对大学生社会化的影响。

College student associations play a prominent role in political socialization, moral socialization, personality socialization, role socialization and professional socialization of college students. At present, college associations are restricted by many factors and fail to play its due role. From the perspectives of setting up the correct value orientation, exploring the new management mode of the association and improving the quality of the association activity, the paper explores how to exert the leading role of the college students＇ association in the socialization of college students.
