The traditional mode of intellectual property protection has the problems of difficult infringement proof-providing, the low compensation for infringement, and the high cost of safeguarding rights. The paper analyzes the similarities and differences between ＂＋ Internet＂ and ＂Internet ＋＂, proposes to develop new ideas of ＂Internet ＋＂, apply big data and blockchain to build a new platform for government and enterprise services, provide comprehensive financial services, and create a new ecological mode of ＂Internet ＋ intellectual property＂ integrating intellectual property creation, protection, transformation, investment and marketing.
