冬凌草甲素抗癌活性的研究进展

冬凌草甲素是一种介壳杉烯四环二萜类的天然有机化合物,提取自唇形花科香茶菜属的植物——冬凌草,因其具有良好的抗癌活性及抗菌能力而广受关注。特殊的不饱和环戊烷酮结构为冬凌草甲素的抗癌活性中心,这种结构使得冬凌草甲素可以通过阻断细胞周期、降低端粒酶活性、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性等多种途径达到抗肝癌、乳腺癌、白血病和黑色素瘤等恶性肿瘤的良好效果。通过对冬凌草甲素的抗癌机理与临床应用等研究现状和进展进行探讨,以期为冬凌草甲素抗癌等药理活性的进一步研究提供理论基础。

Oridonin is a kind of natural compounds with excellent antitumoral and antibiotic activities, which is widely reported in recent years. Oridonin has a special unsaturated cyclopentanone structure, which can block cell cycle, reduce telomerase activity, induce tumor cell apoptosis, and reverse the drug resistance of tumor cells. The anticancer mechanism and clinical application of the oridonin were reviewed in this paper, for providing a reference for the further study on the anticancer pharmacological activities of oridonin.
