产教融合促进动物科学创新创业人才培养探究

Exploration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Cultivation of Animal Science along with Integration of Production and Teaching Accelerating

在国家提出产教融合战略,培养创新创业人才时代背景下,皖西学院善于抓住改革契机,深化产教融合,细化校企合作,探索动物科学专业创新创业人才的培养路径和有效机制。将产教融合与创新创业人才培养模式改革进行科学精准的结合,基本改革思路和措施如下:(1)产教融合,校企合作修订人才培养方案,突出创新创业能力培养;(2)改革实践教学环节,提高专业技能和创新能力;(3)产教融合,校企深度合作,协同育人;(4)丰富第2课堂,鼓励支持创新创业大赛。通过对动物科学专业2010级、2011级、2012级,2013级等连续4届学生的教学实践检验,反映出产教融合战略科学精准的贯穿于人才培养全过程,促进了动物科学创新创业人才质量很大提高,获得社会行业的较好赞誉。摸索出的改革模式期望能对其他学科专业提供借鉴。

In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation era along with integration of produc-tion and teaching strategy,West Anhui University was good at seizing reform opportunity,and deeped the integrationof production and teaching,and refined school-enterprise cooperation.The college explored the route and effectivemechanism about innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation of animal science specialty in detail.It was sci-entifically accurate combined between innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation and integration of produc-tion and teaching.The ideas and measures of reform：（1）revision talents cultivation program and highlighting the cul-tivation of innovation ability combination integration of production teaching and school-enterprise cooperation;（2）reformation of practice teaching and improvement the professional skill and innovative ability;（3）cooperative edu-cation talents though deeppen integration of production teaching and school-enterprise cooperation;（4）enrichmentextracurricular activities,encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship competition.The teaching reformpractice tested in 4 consecutive college students in the major of animal science of 2010、2011、2012、2013 levels.Itdeclaimed that animal science innovation and entrepreneurship talents was distinct improved and obtained better rec-ognition of the community industry,with integration of production and teaching strategy scientifically accuratethroughout the entire process of talents cultivation.In the hope of providing a reference for other subject reform.
