摘要
现代学徒制是由学校和企业联合发起,由学校教师和企业师傅共同进行学生培养的一种创新性的人才培养模式。进行现代学徒制尝试必须结合时代背景,体现新时代的全新内涵和特色。可以以"情境学习"理论为基础,以ICT专业群为试点尝试构建"双主体"人才培养模式和基于ICT技术的人才培养方案及学徒训练课程体系,形成校企合作利益补偿机制等方面进行现代学徒制的实践与探索。
Modern apprenticeship is jointly sponsored by schools and enterprises, which is an innovative personnel training mode jointly trained by school teachers and business teachers. To carry out modern apprenticeship, we must combine the background of the times and reflect the new connotation and characteristics of the new era. Based on the theory of situated learning, taking ICT professional group as an attempt, this paper tries to build a training mode of "double subjects" and construct the talent training program and apprenticeship curriculum system based on ICT Technology, and at the same time, it explores the compensation mechanism for school enterprise cooperation.
