较高发展水平地区乡村规划路径探索——以盐城市东台市特色田园乡村规划为例

The Exploration of Rural Planning in Higher Level Agricultural Areas: A Case of Dongtai, Jiangsu Province

特色田园乡村规划是江苏省针对所处的特定发展阶段和乡村面临的主要问题,以乡村振兴为主要目的开展的一次重要实践。东台市是江苏省农业现代化水平较高的地区之一。本文以江苏省盐城市东台市特色田园乡村规划为例,突出问题导向,在创新调研方法、落实空间边界、提升产业效益、共建乡村文明、保护传统风貌等方面拓展规划内涵,调整规划思路,试图探索符合较高发展水平乡村阶段性特征的特色田园乡村规划路径。

The characteristic pastoral village planning is a major practice of Jiangsu province aiming at the specifc development stage and principal contradiction. Dongtai is one of the higher level agricultural areas in Jiangsu province. In this paper, we take Dongtai characteristic pastoral village planning as an example, focus on methods, space, beneft, culture and tradition, expands the intension of planning, trying to explore the paths of the characteristic pastoral village planning in higher level agricultural area.
