废旧生产建筑在特色田园乡村建设中的重生——以苏州吴中区黄墅村匠心工坊设计为例

The Rebirth of Abandoned Production Buildings in the Construction of Characteristic Pastoral Countryside: The Design of the Workshop for Craftsmen in Huangshu Village, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City

2017年,江苏省开展了一系列"特色田园乡村建设"工作,为中国乡村建设和发展提供了宝贵的实践机会。中国建筑设计研究院很荣幸受托于当地政府,为苏州吴中黄墅村的发展贡献菲薄之力。黄墅村是历史上著名的工匠之村,现在村里仍有很多人以装修行业为工作,于是笔者希望为村子建造一座匠心工坊,用以发扬当地传统文化。工坊选址于村口的一些废弃生产建筑。结合工坊设计,探讨乡村中废弃的生产建筑在特色田园乡村建设中的再利用方法。在农村经济搞活的时期,乡村中建设了大量的生产建筑,用以提高村民收入、增加就业机会,当下这些房子虽然已经失去原本的功能,但是已经融入乡村生活,也成为了那个时代特色乡村的印记。如何更好地实现乡村废旧生产建筑的更新与发展,是当代进行乡村建设工作时值得深入研究和思考的问题。

In 2017, Jiangsu Province launched a series of ＂characteristic pastoral countryside construction＂, which provided valuable practical opportunities for rural construction and development in China. We are honored to be entrusted by the local government to work on the construction of Huangshu village in Wuzhong district. Huangshu village is famous for its craftsmen in history, there are still many people in the village who are working in the decoration industry. Therefore, we hope to build a workshop for the village to inherit the local traditional culture, and the workshop is located in some abandoned production buildings at the entrance to the village. Combining the design of the workshop, it becomes a very meaningful thing to explore the reuse of abandoned production buildings in rural areas. As we all know, with the development of rural economy, many production buildings have been built in the village to increase employment opportunities and increase the income of the villagers. Although these buildings have lost their original functions, they have been integrated into rural life and become the distinctive mark of that time. How to better transform and reuse rural abandoned production buildings is a question worthy of in-depth study and refection when carrying out rural construction work.
