基于钻石模型的福建现代港口业竞争力研究

Research of the Competitiveness of Modern Port Industry in Fujian Province Based on the Diamond Model

无论对于国家还是区域经济的发展,港口都起着非常重要的作用。当前福建面临着"多区叠加"的国家政策优势,其中主要原因来自于福建的地理位置及沿海港口优势。文章运用波特的钻石模型理论,从生产要素、需求条件、关联产业与支持性产业、企业战略、结构与竞争对手这四个基本要素及政府和机遇这两个辅助要素,对福建现代港口业的竞争力进行全面的分析,并立足现实,提出提升福建现代港口业竞争力的对策。

Port plays a very important role for the developments of national and regional economy.At present,Fujian has been granted many preferential policies,known as＂superposed policy zones＂,due to Fujian＇s unique advantages in geography and coastal ports.This paper uses the theory of Potter＇s Diamond model to analyze the competitiveness of modern port industry in Fujian province from the basic elements of production,demand,related and supporting industries,firm strategies,structure and competitors,and the two auxiliary factors of government and opportunities.This paper also proposes the practical recommendations to improve the competitiveness of modern port industry in Fujian province.
