某住宅楼纠倾工程实践

The inclination rectification engineering practice of a residential building

摘要 结合城中村民房改造工程的加固纠倾实践,简要介绍了地质概况、施工情况、建筑整体倾斜原因、加固纠倾的方法、生石灰桩和压力注浆相结合加固的技术要求。强调了应根据地质情况和上部结构特点及现场实际情况,采取安全可行的地基处理方案,注重地基处理方案的匹配性,在地基处理和上部建筑结构施工时不得随意修改,施工中严格按强制性条文执行。 Combining with the reinforcement and inclination rectification practice of reconstruction engineering of village houses in the city, this paper briefly introduced the geological situation, construction situation, building overall inclination causes, reinforcement and inclination rectification method, the technical requirements of combining quicklime piles with pressure grouting. Emphasizing that, in accordance with geological conditions, the characteristics of superstructure and the site actual conditions, adopted safe and feasible foundation treatment scheme, emphasized the match of foundation treatment scheme, and that no arbitrary modifications should be made during the foundation treatment and superstructure construction, construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the mandatory provisions.
