摘要
通过在实际工程中,预应力管桩在验收阶段进行的单桩竖向抗压静载荷试验中发现部分试桩存在较大的异常沉降量,结合建设场地工程地质情况及该项目桩基施工情况,分析试桩异常沉降发生的诱因,并对该项目的预应力管桩桩基施工提出了一些建议,防止在软土地质条件中因施工因素而产生的异常沉降。
This paper through the actual project, in the vertical compressive static load test of single pile in the acceptance stage of prestressed pipe pile, it is found that some test piles have large abnormal settlement, and combined with the engineering geology of the construction site and the construction of the pile foundation of the project, the author analyzes the inducement of the abnormal settlement of the test piles. Some suggestions are put forward for the construction of prestressed tubular pile foundation in this project to prevent the abnormal settlement caused by construction factors in the soft soil geologic conditions.
