Taking a bridge construction as an example, this paper explained the important significance of green management concept, introduced the energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection measures adopted in construction site, in order to achieve the goal of minimizing the adverse effects of construction on the environment, ensured the unity of economic and social benefits.
