The new urbanization needed to deal well the rural land transfer, in order to invigorate the rural economy, solve the peasants vitality, the three rights parallelism conducive to promote the efficient transfer of rural land, from the land system reform of monetary land compensation to three rights parallelism, analyzed the problems and ideas that the reform need to focus, for reference.
