Analysis on the problems existing in project management and quality control measures

通过对工程质量现场管理存在主要问题的分析,从进度、成本控制、现场组织施工、突发事故应急、技术人员培训等方面,针对性的提出了工程质量管理的具体对策,以期对工程质量控制提供参考借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the quality and safety management of the project, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the quality management of the project from the aspects of progress, cost control, ready-made construction level, emergency response and technical personnel training, in order to provide certain reference for the quality control of the project.
