Every construction enterprise should attach great importance to the prevention and control of the risk of construction contracts as effectively as possible. This article first analyzes the possible risks of the construction contract from the engineering link, the contract negotiation link and the contract performance link. On this basis, some measures for risk aversion and transfer are discussed in order to minimize the loss.
