摘要
以"鄂北水资源配置工程15标EPC总承包"工程为例,从紧密联合体EPC总承包HSE管理的特点出发,论述了质量、安全、职业健康环境管理体系的构建过程,对进一步提高超长输水隧洞工程总承包项目管理水平具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。
Taking the 15th section EPC general contract project of Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province as an example, this paper discusses the construction process of quality, safety and occupational health environment management system based on the characteristics of EPC general contract HSE management in close association. It has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value to further improve the management level of the general contracting project of super long water conveyance tunnel project.
