近年来,随着城市化进程速度的加快,各类高层建筑层出不穷,出现火灾的可能性和危害程度大大增加,给火灾的防控带来了很大的挑战,提高高层建筑火灾防控并找到科学合理的监督管理办法成为消防部门亟待解决的问题。阐述了高层建筑火灾的特征,分析引起高层建筑火灾的原因,并提出火灾防控及监督管理办法,希望对高层建筑火灾防控有一定的借鉴意义。

The paper indicates the acceleration of urbanization and increasing number of high-rise buildings may lead to the possibility of fire accidents and increasing hazards, points out the solutions for fire-fighting departments by improving the fire accident protection and control of high-rise buildings and figuring out the scientific and reasonable monitoring management, illustrates the features of fire accidents of high-rise buildings, analyzes the reasons for the fire accidents in the buildings, and points out the methods for the fire protection and control and management, so as to provide some reference for the fire protection and control in high-rise buildings.
