摘要
在中国高等教育大众化趋近普及化的背景下,地方本科高校要运用差别化管理的策略,处理好人才培养多样化需求与精英教育之间的关系。厦门理工学院按照差异性规律自主设计、实施不同专业类别的质量评价标准,旨在引导各专业根据生源特点、学科基础和社会需求,合理确定培养目标和毕业要求,开展专业培养方案、课程体系结构、教师队伍、实践教学条件、教学管理机制等改革与建设,整体提升专业教学水平和人才培养质量。
Under the background of the popularization of higher education in China, local undergraduate colleges and universities should use the strategy of differential management to deal with the relationship between the diversified needs of talents training and elite education. Xiamen University of Technology independently designs and implements quality evaluation standards for different professional categories according to the laws of difference, with the aim of guiding each major to rationally determine training goals and graduation requirements based on the characteristics of the students, the basis of the disciplines and the needs of the society. We will carry out reforms and construction of professional training programs, curriculum architecture, teaching staff, practical teaching conditions, and teaching management mechanisms, and improve the overall professional teaching level and personnel training quality.
