芒硝水平连通井油垫工艺的探讨

根据淮安赵集矿区芒硝矿藏产层单一的地质特点和盐类矿石上溶快于侧溶的溶解物性,决定了保护硝层顶板、防止上溶过快是矿区芒硝井合理高效开采的关键和难点。由于地质条件、井深结构、注采工艺的差异,各矿山企业的开采现状各不相同,因此对水平连通井的研究报道比较少。为此,本公司开展了芒硝水平连通井的油垫法注采工艺研究,对新投产的2组芒硝水平连通井和1组老井的注采工艺参数进行了设计。通过多年的生产实践,证明了设计的有效性和可靠性,可为本区芒硝井的开采提供有益的参考。

According to the geological characteristics of the single producing stratum of the glauber salt deposit in Huai＇an Zhaoji Mining Area and the solubility of the salt ore that dissolves faster than lateral dissolution, it is the key and difficult point to protect the upper roof and prevent excessive dissolution. Due to the differences in geological conditions, well depth structure and injection-production process, the mining status of each mining enterprise is different. Therefore, the company has carried out the oil underplay injection and production technology research of horizontal connected glauber salt wells, and designed the injection- production technology parameters of 2 groups of horizontal connected glauber salt wells and 1 group of old wells newly put into operation. Through years of production practice, the validity and reliability of the design are proved, which can provide useful reference for the mining of glauber salt well in this area.
