平台多分支水平对接技术在盐矿山老井挖潜中的应用

摘要 四川威远构造西部马踏矿区岩盐埋藏海拔为-1020~-1032m,一般垂直厚度为10~18m。盐矿山在生产过程中,由于顶板垮塌、造成矿区内井组顶板附近位置大面积连通。造成卤水浓度快速下降,不能连续生产、成井寿命短,直接影响盐矿山的生产质量和效益。在矿山后期挖潜布井中,受土地成本、环境等影响,井场位置选择困难,且井场投入较大。本文着重介绍平台分支水平对接井在老井挖潜中的应用和实际效果。通过施工一口水平对接井对接三个老水平井组,成功救活3个老的井组,大大增加了出卤的产量,卤水浓度得到了保证。分支水平对接技术的成功应用,创盐业钻井多项技术指标,在为四川乐山福川盐业公司提高了经济效益的同时,也为以后的老矿区挖潜作业积累了宝贵的施工经验。 The rock salt burial elevation is -1020m - -1032m and the normal vertical thickness is 10-18 meters. In the salt mine production process, the roof collapse will result in a large area of communication near the roof of the mining group. It will cause the brine concentration decreases rapidly, the production cannot be continuous, and the well completion life is short, which directly affects the production quality and benefit of salt mine. In the later stage of mining, due to the influence of land cost and environment, it is difficult to choose the location of the well site, and the input of the well site is large. This paper mainly introduces the application and practical effect of the horizontal butt well of the platform in the digging of the old well. The output of brine production was greatly increased and the brine concentration was guaranteed through the construction of one horizontal butt well to dock with three old horizontal well groups and successfully save three old ones. The successful application of branch horizontal docking technology and the establishment of several technical indicators of salt drilling have not only improved the economic benefits of Sichuan Leshan Fuchuan Salt Industry Company, but also accumulated valuable construction experience for the future exploration of old mining areas.
