摘要
[目的]研究不同剂量聚集激素和挥发速率寄主植物源诱芯对松褐天牛引诱效果的影响。[方法]在杭州余杭地区和湖州长兴县2个地区,通过设置不同剂量(20、100、200、600、1 000、2 000 mg)的聚集激素和不同开孔数(0、1、2、3和5孔瓶)的寄主植物源引诱剂,对比松褐天牛的引诱效果。[结果]1孔瓶的引诱效果最好;在相同寄主植物源等其他条件下,2 000 mg引诱效果最好,且随引诱剂剂量的增加诱捕数量增多。[结论]1孔的引诱效果最好,2 000 mg聚集激素引诱效果最好。
[Objective] To study effect on different dosages of aggregation pheromone and volatilization rate on the attraction effect of host plant sources on Monochamus alternatus .[Method]In Yuhang, Hangzhou and Changxing, Huzhou, the attractant performance Monochamus alternatus were studied with different doses of aggregation pheromone(the dose of 20, 100, 200 mg, 600 and 1 000 mg.) and different number of hole( non-hole bottle, one-hole bottle, two-hole bottle, three-hole bottle and five-hole bottle )in slow-release bottles baited with host plant volatiles. [Result]The trapping amount of the one-hole bottle was maximum. Meanwhile,under the same circumstance, the trapping effect would be the best when the dose of aggregation pheromone was 2 000 mg compared with the dose of 20, 100, 200, 600 and 1 000 mg. Moreover, there was a trend of increasing amount while the aggregation pheromone’s dose increases.[Conclusion]The trap with one-hole bottle traps the greatest amount of Monochamus alternatus , while 2 000 mg pheromone could also do the same best work.
