摘要
针对45钢丝杆表面出现崩齿问题,采用化学分析、金相检验、扫描电镜检验、显微硬度等手段对崩齿原因进行分析。结果表明:丝杆崩齿是由于丝杆螺纹加工过程中其中一条螺纹侧面存在严重的擦伤,与丝母接触配合过程中被丝母切掉部分螺纹所致。
The reason of crashing of screw is analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examina- tion, microhardness and scanning electron microscope. The results suggest that one thread of the screw has severe bruise during thread processing, the thread is cut by the screw nut when they are connecting.
