摘要
随着新钢2 500 m^3高炉入炉高碱度烧结矿配比的提高,综合入炉品位低、渣量大、渣中Al_2O_3含量高等问题给炉况的稳定带来了不利影响。通过合理控制渣系、优化操作制度等措施,解决了高比例烧结矿炉料结构带来的硅高、铝多、渣量大的难题,并形成了与自身原燃料条件相适应的合理操作炉型,各项主要技术经济指标也逐步得到优化。
With the increasing of the proportion of high alkalinity- sinter in the 2 500 m3 blast furnace in Xinyu Steel , the phe- nomenon like : low charged ore grade, large slag amount and high Al2O3 content in slag have brought adverse effects on the stability of furnaee condition. The technical problems of high silicon and aluminunl, overslagging which are caused by high proportion of sinter burden structure, are solved by controlling reasonable slag system and optimizing operation system. And reasonable operation furnace type which is suitable for the original fuel condition are formed, and the main technical and economic indicators have been gradually optimized.
