摘要
新钢烧结厂引进微波水分仪后,根据自身烧结生产系统的特点开发了混合料水分检测与自动控制的智能专家控制系统,实现了水分检测的自动化、准确化,使混合料水分更加稳定,促进了烧结矿产质量的提高和能耗的下降。
After the introduction of microwave moisture instrument of sintering plant in Xinyu Steel, the mixture moisture de- tection and automatic control of the intelligent expert control system is developed according to the characteristics of sintering production system . The moisture detection is automatic with high accurate which make water mixture more stable and improve the quality of sintering mineral, and reduced energy consumption.
