摘要
新钢第一炼钢厂方坯连铸机冷床负荷加大后,升降长轴力臂根部经常出现开裂现象,车轮和轨道也磨损严重,导致油缸经常内泄。为此,通过增大升降长轴的轴径和臂厚,提高了轴的刚性,增大了轴的抗扭能力和力臂的抗弯能力;同时拆除了一组定齿和动齿,减轻了翻转冷床的承载负荷,延长了车轮、轨道和油缸的使用寿命。
When the load of cooling bed for the billet caster increases in the No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Steel, the root of the long shaft force arm of lifting often appears cracking, and the wheels and track wear seriously as well, which are resulting in frequent internal leakage of oil cylinder. Therefore, the rigidity of the shaft is improved and the torsion resistance and bending resistance of the shaft are increased by increasing the diameter and arm thickness of the long shaft. At the same time, one set of fixed teeth and moving teeth are removed, thus the load of the tilting cooling bed are reduced and the service life of wheels, tracks and oil cylinders are prolonged.
