摘要 设计了一种新型船舶排油监控系统,是根据IMO制定的MARPOL 73/78及IMO. MEPC. 108(49)国际公约中有关船舶排污的限制而研制开发的,实现了自动控制油船含油污水的排放,并能实现实时显示、打印及声光报警等功能。本系统旨在将船舶排水中油的含量控制在规定的范围内,以减少油对海洋的污染。 The ship oil discharge monitoring and control system is developed on the basis of IMO抯 MARPOL 73/78 and IMO.MEPC.108 (49) International Convention on the limitation of marine pollution. The discharge of oily sewage is automatically controlled to realize automatic control of oily sewage discharge from oil tankers, and realize real-time display, printing and sound and light alarm functions. The purpose of this system is to control the content of oil in the ship drainage within the prescribed limits, so as to reduce the pollution of oil to the sea.
