便携式X射线探伤机控制器主回路电路的研究与设计

摘要 X射线探伤机设备在不断地更新换代,都在向小型化,智能化,高频高压方面发展。重量轻,操作简便,故障率低的射线设备越来越受到使用者的青睐,尤其对于野外和高空作业。针对X射线探伤机控制器的主回路部分进行开发设计,通过设计线路板,把控制器主回路分立元器件、主可控硅、副可控硅、大功率二极管、滤波电容、换向电感等元器件进行优化设计,从而缩小体积节约成本减轻控制器重量;有效的减少故障率,提高了设备的质量以及工作效率。 In recent years, X-ray flaw detection equipment has been continuously updated, and it has been developing towards miniaturization, intelligence, high frequency and high voltage. Light weight, simple operation, low failure rate of the X-ray equipment is increasingly favored by users, especially in the field and high-altitude operations. Based on X-ray flaw detection machine main circuit parts development and design of the controller, through the design of circuit board, the main loop controller to discrete component, main thyristor, deputy thyristor, high-power diode, filter capacitor, the reversing inductance components such as optimizing design, reduce the cost savings, volume controller weight, and the failure rate, thus improve the equipment quality and work efficiency .
