摘要
褐煤高温提质有污染环境、浪费能源、易爆炸等缺点,因此,褐煤低温提质成为褐煤利用的首要课题。在100~200℃鼓风干燥条件下,对褐煤进行低温干燥实验。结果表明:褐煤干燥过程可以分为升速和降速两个阶段,且以降速为主。加热一段时间后,褐煤内水分趋于一个平衡状态,只有继续升高温度,才能降低褐煤的水分,温度是褐煤水分扩散的动力,这些基础研究为今后褐煤低温提质技术提供了一定的理论基础。
High temperature upgrading of lignite, which is not only explosive but also has the defects of environment pollution and energy loss. Therefore, low temperature upgrading of lignite is an important task in lignite utilization. The result shows that the drying process of the lignite can be divided into acceleration and down-acceleration process, and is mainly included in the down acceleration process. After a period of heating, the water in the lignite tends to be a state of balance. Only when the temperature continues to rise can the moisture of the lignite be reduced. Degree is the power of the water diffusion of lignite. These studies provide a theoretical basis for the low temperature extraction technology of lignite in the future.
