摘要
通过深入分析高校图书馆岗位轮换的研究背景、研究现状,提出高校图书馆实施岗位轮换制的必要性。通过对天津地区几所高校图书馆岗位轮换情况进行调研,分析了高校图书馆岗位轮换率低的原因,提出高校图书馆实施岗位轮换制的对策。
This article analyzes the research background and the present situation of job rotation in college libraries in our country and puts forward the necessity of the implementation of job rotation system in college libraries. Through the research on job rotation in several libraries in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the factors of low job rotation rate and proposes job rotation measures.
