新型塔机监测仪的设计

摘要 为保障冶金施工企业的安全生产,设计了一款基于平板电脑的塔机监测仪。该监测仪利用USB接口与平板电脑通讯,采用DXZ型多功能行程限位器测量塔机吊钩高度、小车幅度和回旋角度;应用ZHPY型旁压式称重传感器测量吊重质量;利用HK-4U型三相电流变换器测量起升电机和变幅电机的电流;采用PHWSWD型风速传感器记录实时风速;采用PCM2702器件进行音频驱动;选择GS-89M-J器件实现GPS定位;选用SIM900A器件进行GPRS网络通讯,将塔机运行状态数据存放在平板电脑的数据库中。该监测仪既可以实现对塔机运行状况数据的实时记录,又具有历史数据库查询和语音报警功能,市场前景良好。 In order to ensure the safe production of metallurgical construction enterprises,a tower crane monitor based on tablet PC has been developed. A USB interface is used for communication in this Monitor and Tablet PC. The DXZ multi-function trip recorder stoppers are used to measure the height,the angle of the tower crane swing and the amplitude. The lifting weight is acquired by a ZHPY side type weighing sensor. The HK-4U current converter is applied to get the current of the lift motor and variable range motor. The real-time wind speed is obtained by using a wind speed sensor PHWSWD. PCM2702 is selected as audio driver. GPS positioning is achieved by using the GS-89 M-J. The GPRS device SIM900A is selected for network communication. The real-time data of the tower crane operation status can be saved in the Database of the Tablet PC and the historical data can be queried in the Database. This Monitor also has the voice alarm function. So it has good marketing significance.
