提升玄武岩纤维轻质墙板防火性能的探讨

摘要 玄武岩纤维轻质墙板是一种杰出的保温材料,其拥有优秀的保温和防火性能,并且非常的环保,在我国建筑工程中具有强劲的发展潜力。对玄武岩纤维轻质墙板的主要构成、材料特性和应用现状以及存在的问题和改进方案进行介绍,利用文献调研总结出两种改进其耐火性能,保温性、阻燃性能的方案,分别为:(1)向PS材料中混入石英或陶瓷等无机阻燃物;(2)在墙板外侧涂上一层无机凝胶阻燃材料。它可以拓展相关产品在建筑领域的应用。 Basalt fiber lightweight wallboard is an outstanding thermal insulation material. It has excellent thermal insulation and fire protection performance, and is very environmentally friendly. It has a strong potential for development in Chinese architectural engineering. The main composition, material characteristics and application status of basalt fiber lightweight wallboard and existing problems and improvement schemes were introduced. Two schemes to improve their fire resistance, thermal insulation and flame retardancy were summarized by literature research. They were as follows: mixing inorganic flame retardants such as quartz or ceramics to PS materials, applying a layer of inorganic gel flame retardant material on the outside of the wallboard. It can expand the application of related products in the field of architecture.
