摘要
以硅酸钠、盐酸和炭黑为原料制备炭黑-白炭黑双相填料(CSDPF),将木质纤维素/蒙脱土补强剂(LMR)与炭黑-白炭黑双相填料复配制备复合补强剂,探索橡胶粘合剂RA-65与间苯二酚甲醛树脂A250组成的粘合体系对天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能及抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:随着粘合体系份数的增加,橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率出现下降,撕裂强度先下降后上升,硬度提高;硫化时间增长;老化后橡胶复合材料的断裂伸长率明显降低。
A carbon black-silica dual-phase filler (CSDPF ) was prepared by using sodium silicate, hydrochloric acid and carbon black as raw materials, and a composite reinforcing agent was prepared by combining lignocellulose/montmorillonite reinforcing agent (LMR ) and carbon black-silica dual-phase filler. The mechanical properties and anti-aging properties of natural rubber composites were studied by using an adhesive system composed of RA-65 and A250. The result showed that with the increase in the number of the adhesive system, the tensile strength and elongation at break of rubber composites decreased, the tearing strength first decreased and then increased, the hardness increased, and the curing time increased, the rubber composite showed a significant decrease in elongation at break after aging.
