摘要
课题对壳聚糖季胺盐与聚合铝的复配工艺进行研究,探索该复合絮凝剂的最佳制备工艺,对絮凝剂制备过程中的铝形态进行分析。结果表明其最佳制备条件为:溶液p H值为5. 5,搅拌时间35~45 min之间,加热温度45℃,壳聚糖/聚合铝(HACC/PAC)配比为3∶7。不同絮凝剂中铝形态发生了明显变化,复合絮凝剂中Ala,Alb浓度明显降低,絮凝过程中起主要作用的是Alb,复合絮凝剂处理后水中的残留铝离子含量比单一聚合铝PAC处理后的要低43. 7%。
The compound technology of chitosan quaternary amine salt and polymerized aluminum was studied, the best preparation technology of the compound flocculant was explored, and the aluminum morphology during the preparation of flocculant was analyzed. The results showed that the best preparation conditions were as follows: solution pH was 5.5, stirring time was 35~45 min, heating temperature was 45 ℃, chitosan/polymerized aluminum (HACC/PAC ) ratio was 3 : 7 . Aluminum morphology in different flocculants changed significantly, Ala and Alb concentrations in composite flocculants decreased significantly, and Alb played a major role in flocculation. The residual aluminum ion content in water treated with composite flocculants was 43.7% lower than that of single polymerized aluminum PAC.
