摘要
采用灯盏花和槐花米以及金属盐为原料,首先从药材中提取出相应天然小分子化合物,再与金属离子配位,合成终产物。而且通过查阅文献,对其合成步骤进行了一定的优化组合,使其在一般实验条件下能够较易得到。最后通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、高效液相色谱对各步产物进行了表征,并对液相图谱数据与红外图谱进行了分析,表明配合物已形成。
Erigeron breviscapus, bud of Chinese scholartree and metal compound were prepared as raw materials in the experiment. Relevant crude organic compound was extracted from medicinal materials, and a new complex was synthesized after adding metal ion. By referring to some related literatures, its synthesized approach was optimized, so the product could be obtained easily on general conditions. All the products were characterized by UV, IR spectra and HPLC. The liquid chromatogram data and infrared spectrum were analyzed, indicating that the complexes were formed.
