Fe^(2+)/NaClO氧化处理喷射磨料生产废水的实验研究

摘要 采用Fe^(2+)/NaClO氧化法对喷射磨料生产产生的高浓度有机废水进行预处理。选择了pH、NaClO的投加量、硫酸亚铁投加量等影响因子进行实验研究,分析了各影响因子的作用机理,得出了最佳操作条件:室温条件下,废水初始pH值为4.0,投加NaClO为66.7mL/L,硫酸亚铁投加量为33.3mmol/L,反应时间为60min,废水中COD的去除率可达到52%,PVA的降解转化率为74%,处理效果明显,但出水未达到废水排放标准,需对其做进一步处理。 The Fe ^2+ /NaClO reagent was used for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater from production of plastic abrasives. Taken as the influencing factors, the pH value, dosage of NaClO and FeSO 4 ·7H 2O were studied. At the same time, the mechanism of the affecting factors was analyzed. The optimal operational conditions were determined as follows: under the conditions of indoor temperature, the initial pH value of the solution was 4.0, the added mass concentration of NaClO (10% ) was 66.7 mL/L, the concentration of FeSO 4 ·7H 2O was about 33.3 mmol/L and reaction time was 60 min. Under the optimum technological conditions, the removal rate of COD reached 52.0% and the PVA degradation rate of PVA was about 74%. The treatment effect was obvious, but the effluent didn t meet the waste water discharge standard. So it needed further treatment.
