桑黄多糖减压内部沸腾提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究桑黄减压内部沸腾提取工艺。以桑黄多糖得率为考察指标,在保持桑黄的提取过程始终处于沸腾状态的前提下,进行不同真空度和温度下的减压提取研究。减压内部沸腾最优提取条件为:真空度为300 h Pa、料液比为1∶20 g/m L,温度为90℃,提取2次,每次提取1. 5 h,桑黄多糖含量为9. 4%。桑黄减压内部沸腾提取工艺能有效的提取多糖,方法可行、可靠。 The decompressing inner ebullition extraction process of Phellinus igniarius polysaccharides was studied. Taking the yield of Phellinus igniarius as the index, the decompression extraction study was carried out under different vacuum degree and temperature and under the condition that the extraction process of Phellinus igniarius was always in the boiling state. The optimum extraction conditions for internal boiling of vacuum were as follows: vacuum degree was 300 hPa , ratio of material to liquid was 1 : 20 g/mL, temperature was 90 ℃, extraction was 2 times, extraction was 1.5 h each time, and polysaccharide content of mulberry was 9.4%. The internal boiling extraction process of Phellinus igniarius can effectively extract polysaccharides, and the method was feasible and reliable.
