全球化效应所型塑的现代社会带来了日趋显著的革命性变革。从价值层面来看,全球化应该是全球各个区域文化的整合。全球化的本体特质是由理性功能程序和多样性价值内涵统合而成,是科技与文化的共生、物质与精神的共生,而不是帝国主义形式的机制。共生秩序也是由多元性的机能网络所形成,共生思想就是一种流动的多元平衡理论,任何的生存状态都是短期的、对立的、容他的动态平衡。文化的开放包容是和谐社会持续发展的前提,也是当代中国能否实现文化自信的重要支撑,只有站在开放包容的立场上才能真正理解文化自信的意义与价值。"一带一路"建设对全球化文化体系的贡献在于:解构了"西方中心论",助推全球的文化发展进入"再平衡";重新定义全球化的概念与范围;在文化共享的基础上对合作模式的创新。建构开放包容、创新共享的文化体系,才有可能在全球化的新时代中跨越霸权思维和冷战思维,发挥文化的影响力与凝聚力。

The modem society shaped by the globalization effect has brought more and more revolutionary changes. From the perspective of value, globalization should be the integration of euhures in different regions of the world. The ontological characteristics of globalization are the integration of rational functional procedures and value connotations of diversity. It is the coexistence of science, technology and euhure, the coexistence of material and spirit, not the mechanism of imperialism. Symbiotic order is also formed by the functional network of pluralism. Symbiotic thought is a kind of flowing muhi-equilibrium theory . Any living state is a short-term, opposite and allowable dynamic balance. Cuhural openness and tolerance is the premise of the sustainable development of a harmonious society, and also an important support for the realization of euhural self-confidence in contemporary China. The contribution of the ＂one belt and one way＂ construction to the globalized euhural system lies in the deeonstruetion of the ＂Western eentrism＇, boosting the global euhural development into ＂rebalaneing＂, redefining the concept and scope of globalization, and innovating the mode of cooperation on the basis of euhural sharing. Only by building an open, inclusive, innovative and shared euhural system can we transcend hegemonie thinking and cold war thinking and exert euhural influence and cohesion in the new era of globalization.
