摘要
为了降低重金属污染土壤中有害重金属含量,结合广西特色柿子单宁资源,利用反相悬浮法和固化改性技术分别制备了柿单宁基磁性吸附材料和胶原固化吸附材料,综合分析吸附剂投料比、投料方式、吸附热力学、动力学平衡等因素对2种吸附材料处理重金属污染土壤的效果。实验结果表明,游离态重金属离子与吸附材料形成稳定络合物固定下来,淋洗+吸附治理方案对三级污染土壤中铅和镉离子的去除率达39%、53.4%,能够将土壤重金属含量降低至二级土壤标准。
In order to reduce the harmful heavy metal content in soil heavy metal pollution,combined with the characteristics of persimmon tannin resources in Guangxi,using the method of inverse phase suspension and curing modification were prepared respectively persimmon tannin magnetic adsorption material and collagen curing adsorption materials,comprehensive analysis to the dosing ratio adsorbent,feeding method,adsorption thermodynamics and the dynamic balance on the effect of two kinds of adsorption material handling of heavy metal contaminated soil.Experimental results show that the free heavy metal ions and adsorption materials to form stable complex compound fixed,leaching and adsorption treatment solutions to the three levels of lead and cadmium ion in contaminated soil removal rate was 39%,53.4%,the soil heavy metal content to low soil secondary standard.
