我国休闲食品消费市场分析——以合肥市为例 被引量:3

Analysis of Leisure Food Consumption Market in China——Taking Hefei as an Example

摘要 通过对休闲食品的消费现状进行调查,选取一些被调查者个人因素变量和外在因素变量,构建了影响休闲食品消费的二元logit模型,对影响休闲食品消费市场现状及影响因素进行分析,为促进我国休闲食品发展提出建议. Through the investigation on the consumption status of leisure food, the binary logit model which affects the consumption of leisure food is constructed by selecting some individual factors and external factors, which can affect the current situation of leisure food consumption market and the influencing factors, in order to promote the development of leisure food in China.
