摘要
结合近年来高校在个性化人才培养模式研究与实践方面的教改成果,从《食品质量与安全导论》教学现状、个性化教学及其教学对策分析等方面,论述了基于个性化人才培养模式的食品质量与安全导论教学研究.
Based on the research and practice of individualized talent training mode in colleges and universities in recent years, this paper discusses the teaching research of Food Quality and Safety Introduction based on individualized talent training mode from the aspects of teaching status quo, individualized teaching and analysis of teaching countermeasures.
