羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病手术中的应用

Application of HC-processed bovine pericardium in the surgery of congenital heart disease

目的:探讨羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病中的应用。方法:选择某医院收治的先天性心脏病患者48例,按照入院顺序分为3组各16例。选择涤纶片、自体心包片、羟基铬处理的牛心包片进行治疗。比较三组患者并发症与手术相关指标。结果:羟基铬处理的牛心包片组并发症发生率显著优于涤纶片与自体心包片组,且牛心包片组不良现象显著低于涤纶片与自体心包片组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过将羟基铬处理的牛心包片在先天性心脏病手术中使用,患者总体治疗效果较高,手术较为安全,并发症发生率较低,治疗效果较好,值得临床研究。

Objective：To discuss the application of HC （hydroxyl chromium）-processed bovine pericardiumin the surgery of congenital heart disease （CHD）. Methods：48 CHD patients treated in hospital were selected andassigned to three groups according to the registration number, 16 cases each group. Patients took the dacron film,autograft pericardium and HC-processed bovine pericardium, respectively. The complications and operation indexwere probed. Results：The incidence rate of complications in the HC-processed group was significantly lower thandacron group and autograft group; the adverse event rate in the HC-processed group was significantly lower thandacron group and autograft group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The HC-processed bovine pericardium has a highereffect and safety and lower incidence rate of complications.
