无托槽隐形矫治技术对牙齿矫治患者牙周健康的影响

Effect of non-bracket invisalign technique on periodontal health of patients undergoing dental deformities

目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术对牙齿矫治病患牙周健康的影响。方法:选择在医院进行牙齿正畸治疗的68例患者,随机分两组,对照组(n=34)予以MBT直丝弓矫治技术,而观察组(n=34)则选用无托槽隐形矫治技术,分析两组患者的疗效和牙周健康变化状况。结果:观察组患者转位牙扭正、倾斜牙矫正时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的GI、SPD、SBI、PLI指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后6个月后,观察组的PLI值明显少于对照组(P<0.05),其余指标组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用无托槽隐形矫治技术进行牙周正畸治疗效果明显,可有效缩短治疗时间,且能够更好地保护患者的牙周组织健康,改善预后。

Objective：To explore the effect of non-bracket invisalign technique on periodontal health of patientsundergoing dental deformities. Methods：68 cases of orthodontic treatment in Nantong Stomatological Hospital wereselected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group（n=34） was treated with traditional fixed orthodontictechnique, while the observation group（n=34） was treated with non-bracket invisalign technique. The curativeeffect of two groups was compared.Results： The orthodontic time and tilting correction time in the observationgroup were significantly better than control group（P〈 0.05）.There were no significant difference in GI,SPD,SBIand PLI in two groups before treatment（P〉 0.05）,but after 6 months of treatment, the PLI of observation groupwas significantly less than control group（P〈 0.05）,and the other index groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The non-bracket invisalign technique for orthodontic treatment has obvious effect, which caneffectively shorten the treatment time, and can better protect the patient＇s periodontal tissue health.
