甲氨蝶呤关节腔内注射治疗类风湿关节炎的护理体会

Treatment and nursing experience of methotrexate joint cavity injected in rheumatoid arthritis patients

目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者应用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)关节腔内注射的治疗情况和护理体会。方法:62例RA患者,实施长期(3个月)关节腔内注射MTX,观察和比较治疗前后疗效和护理情况。结果:RA患者采取MTX关节腔内注射3个月,经过综合护理后,患者总体治疗效果良好。62例患者中18例(29.03%)显效,42例(67.74%)有效,2例(3.23%)无效。结论:RA患者应用MTX关节腔内注射治疗疗效较好,优质的综合护理,可提升药物作用的疗效。

Objective：To observe the treatment and nursing experience of the injection of methotrexate （MTX）joint cavity in the joint cavity. Methods： 62 patients with ra were injected with MTX in the joint intramural joint,and observed and compared the efficacy and nursing conditions before and after treatment. Results： The patientswith MTX joint cavity injected for 3 months, and after comprehensive care, the patient received satisfactory results,18 cases （29.03%） were effect obvious, 42 cases （67.74%） were effective, and 2 cases （3.23%） were invalid.Conclusion： The treatment of MTX joint cavity injected is use for RA patients, and the high quality nursing carecan improve the curative effect of the drug.
