全面护理应用于脑供血不足型头晕患者的临床观察

The clinical observation of comprehensive nursing in the application for Dizziness with cerebral insufficiency patients

目的:探讨全面护理干预应用于脑供血不足型头晕患者中的临床效果。方法:将收治的80例脑供血不足型头晕患者随机分成两组,其中接受常规护理的40例患者为对照组,接受全面护理干预的40例为实验组;对比分析两组患者的头晕持续时间、头晕发作频率和护理满意度。结果:两组患者护理前的头晕持续时间、头晕发作频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者护理后的头晕持续时间、头晕发作频率均显著低于护理前(P<0.05),而且实验组护理后的头晕持续时间、头晕发作频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理总满意度方面,实验组则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为脑供血不足型头晕患者提供全面护理干预,能显著改善患者的头晕症状,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To analyze and observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention theapplication for Dizziness with cerebral insufficiency patients.Methods： Randomly divided randomly divided80 cases Dizziness with cerebral insufficiency patients who were selected in our hospital from March 2017 toMarch 2018 into two groups,40 patients received routine nursing were treated as the control group,40 patientsreceiving comprehensive nursing intervention were treated as the experimental group; Compared the durationtime of dizziness, frequency of dizziness attack frequency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results：There was no significant difference in dizziness duration time and frequency of the two groups before nursing （P〉 0.05）,the duration time and frequency of dizziness of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower thanbefore nursing （P〈 0.05）,the duration time and frequency of dizziness in the experimental group were significantlylower than the control group after nursing （P〈 0.05）.the total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Providing comprehensive nursing interventionfor Dizziness with cerebral insufficiency patients can significantly improve the dizziness symptoms of the patientsand improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients. It＇s worth popularizing and applying in clinical.
