摘要
目的:探讨前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者采取康复护理干预的应用价值。方法:选取某医院收治的前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者50例作为研究对象,随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上接受康复护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预后的尿功能、心理、生活质量的改善情况。结果:观察组患者尿功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组明显尿失禁持续时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。MUNSH评分比较,观察组患者主观幸福感明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组生活质量(GQOL-74)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者采取康复护理干预有利于患者尿功能恢复和心理健康、生理质量的改善。
Objective:To study the application value of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients withurinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods: Fifty patients with urinary incontinence after radicalprostatectomy were enrolled in Hospital. The randomized digital method was divided into two groups: theexperimental group and the control group, 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine care. Theexperimental group took rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The improvement ofurinary function, psychology and quality of life after nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results: The recovery of urinary function in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the controlgroup (P〈 0.05). The duration of urinary incontinence in the experimental group was shorter than that in thecontrol group (P〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, the subjective well-being of the experimental groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈 0.05). After the nursing intervention, the quality oflife (GQOL-74) score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈 0.05).Conclusion: Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomyis beneficial to the recovery of urinary function and improvement of mental health and physiological quality.
