早期综合护理减轻鼻咽癌放疗副作用的效果分析

Effect of early comprehensive nursing on reducing side effects of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨早期综合护理对鼻咽癌放疗副作用的减轻效果。方法:选取60例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为两组,每组30例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受早期综合护理。对比两组患者的放疗副作用发生情况及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者的放射性皮炎、鼻腔黏膜反应、口腔炎、张口困难发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的放疗副反应Ⅰ级者占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者放疗前的生活质量总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组放疗后的生活质量总评分均有所降低,并且对照组的降幅比观察组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合护理能够有效减少鼻咽癌放疗不良反应发生率和不良反应程度,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing on reducing the side effects ofradiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods： 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receivedradiotherapy were divided into two groups according to the order of admission （n=30）. The control group receivedroutine nursing, and the observation group received early comprehensive nursing. The incidence of side effects andquality of life were compared between the two groups.Results： The incidence of radiation dermatitis, nasal mucosalreaction, stomatitis and difficulty in opening mouth in the observation group were significantly lower than thosein the control group （P〈 0.05）.The proportion of grade I side effects in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total score of quality oflife between the two groups before radiotherapy （P〉 0.05）; the total score of quality of life after radiotherapy in thetwo groups decreased, and the decrease in the control group was more obvious than that in the observation group,there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Early comprehensive nursingcan effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of adverse reactions in nasopharyngealcarcinoma radiotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
