系统护理对心绞痛患者心理状态和疾病情况的影响

Influence of systematic nursing on mental state and disease of patients with angina pectoris

目的:探讨系统护理对心绞痛患者心理状态与疾病情况的影响。方法:选取某医院收治的136例心绞痛患者,患者均通过心电图以及冠状动脉造影等检查确诊,并将严重肝肾功能不全患者充分排除。并根据抽签的方式将其分为两组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受系统护理,并对两组患者心绞痛发作次数、症状积分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果:观察组患者心绞痛发作次数与症状积分明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑与抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组患者焦虑评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:系统护理在心绞痛患者中的应用效果较好。

Objective：To investigate the effect of systematic nursing on mental status and disease in patientswith angina pectoris.Methods： 136 cases of angina pectoris treated in hospital were confirmed by electrocardiogramand coronary angiography, and the patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency were fully excluded. Itwas divided into 2 groups according to the way of drawing lots, the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given systematic nursing, and the times of angina pectoris, symptom score, anxietyscore, depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results： the scores of anginapectoris attack and symptom score in the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）, and the nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the effect ofsystematic nursing in patients with angina pectoris is better.
