摘要
目的:探讨以问题为导向,以学生为中心的PBL教学法在妇科教学中对学生理论知识掌握、妇科情景实践操作技能、临床思维能力和综合素质的作用效果。方法:整群随机抽取2个班为实验组94人,采取PBL教学法;2个班为对照组105人,采取传统教学法。课程结束后,对两组的教学效果进行对比。结果:实验组教学效果更好,两组间理论考核成绩、妇科实践操作考核成绩、临床思维能力及综合素质差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:相对于传统教学方法,PBL教学法在妇科教学中可显著提高学生对理论知识和实践操作技能的掌握,促进学生的临床思维的发展,提高学生的综合素质,值得在妇科教学中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching method, which was problem-oriented and studentcentered,on students' theoretical knowledge, practical operation skills, clinical thinking ability and comprehensivequality in gynecology teaching.Methods:Cluster sampling was used to randomly select the experimental groupwhich adopted the PBL teaching method had 94 students, the control group which adopted the traditionalteaching method had 105 students. After the completion of the course, the teaching effects of the two groups werecompared.Results:The teaching effect in experimental group was better. Theoretical knowledge, gynecologicalpractice assessment, clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality between the two groups were statisticallysignificant (P〈 0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching methods, PBL teaching method ingynecology teaching can improve students' mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, promote thedevelopment of the students' clinical thinking, improve the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore, it isworth popularizing and applying in gynecology teaching.
