二级学院视域下高校全员化立德树人的目标体系、路径及实践研究

Study on the Goal,Path and Practice of Moral Education with Full Participation from the Perspective of Secondary Colleges

高等院校立德树人根本任务是立社会主义之德,树社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。立德树人根本任务可以具体化为思想政治、道德品质、知识技能、综合素质四位一体的目标;立德树人的实现路径是"具身引导",可以细分为课程育人、实践育人、文化育人等9个具体路径。二级学院作为全员化立德树人的重要阵地,可以在全员化立德树人中实现高质量发展。构建二级学院"633"党建工作机制,充分发挥立德树人战斗堡垒作用,创设"团队翻转"课程育人模式,发挥学生党员干部典范引领作用,通过这些措施,进行立德树人实践探索。

The fundamental task of moral education in a university is to establish socialist morals and to train builders and successors of the socialist cause, which is to realize the four-in-one goal of education of ideology, moral quality, knowledge and skill, as well as comprehensive quality. The way to reach the goal is to guide by examples in nine aspects of education, such as curriculum education, practice education, cultural education, etc. As an important place in moral education participated by all the members, secondary colleges can greatly help to achieve the goal of moral education. We created a flipped education model under the important NO.633 Party Construction Working Mechanism, in which student CPC members and cadres can fully play the role of moral models. This research was an active exploration in practice education.
