摘要 强度是评价混凝土性能的重要指标。针对振动搅拌和普通搅拌两种方式拌合的混凝土进行对比,分析研究振动搅拌对混凝土强度、密度、水化温升的影响。结果表明:与普通强制搅拌相比,振动搅拌作用下混凝土内部最高温差大于普通搅拌,但到达最高温差所需时间明显低于普通搅拌;振动搅拌可以显著加快并促进水泥的水化反应,使混凝土试块成型更为密实,从而提高混凝土强度。 Strength is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of concrete. In this experiment, the concrete mixed by vibratory mixing and ordinary mixing is compared, and the influence of vibration stirring on concrete strength, density and hydration temperature rise is analyzed. The results show that comparing with ordinary forced mixing, the highest temperature difference inside the concrete by vibratory mixing is greater than ordinary mixing, but the time required to reach the highest temperature difference is significantly lower than ordinary mixing; vibration agitation can significantly accelerate and promote the hydration reaction of cement, making the test block more densely and increasing the strength of the concrete.
